One bedroom home, walking distance to the village town, 10 minute drive to the beach or 15 minute drive into San Luis Obispo. With one bedroom, a trundle and pull out couch this house is perfect for a family or group of 2 to 4 guests. Enjoy your stay and wake up with coffee and a beautiful view of the farm fields and the tractors that go by.

With floating shelves, a farmhouse apron sink and Smeg appliances this kitchen is both quaint and clean! Fix up some morning coffee in our Kuerig and sit at the counter to enjoy your guests company! We have a range, dishwasher and a kitchen full of Calphalon pots and pans! We invite you to crank out some baked goods or enjoy some thai takeout on our butcher block island!

Turn on our 42" Smart TV, log into Netflix and kick back on the couch. Our couch also doubles as a twin sleeper so extra guests are welcome to stay in their own "room." our sideboard has a collection of books from local authors and artists as well as some cards & dice!

This Kind Serta Bed is comfortable and fluffy! Make yourself at home and climb in for an early evening or morning! We include a trundle under the king bed that can be pulled out for an additional guest. This room has a full custom closet for your things and is connected to the bathroom with a door, and seperated from the living room with a sliding barn door!

This bathroom has a tub/shower combo! The shower has brass appliances, the sink is a retro bucket sink and the floor has a personalized tile design! We have a stacking washer and dryer for our guests and provide laundry detergent as well!

Grab your outdoor blanket and join us at either the front view of the farm field, or the back patio cozied up by the fire! The front porch overlooks a beautiful farm land that is often frequented by a tractor visible in the distance! It Is a peaceful and tranquil location to enjoy your mornings or end your day! If you're up for the short walk/bike ride into the downtown village area you can hop on our bike and head into town! For a $10 fee you can rent our bikes for the day!

Guests are welcome to enjoy all parts of the property, there is a designated fence area that separates the guest quarters and gives privacy.
